Likes

Its a good place for learning for Mechanical Engineers. Not much more work pressure, if you can understand your Boss motive then everything will be alright. Salary/Appraisal is not so good, so learn as you can and move on.

I have learned many technical things, co-operative colleagues, learned team management, work planning, project estimation, how to make proposal to customer, innovative work and got overall knowledge or activities like molding, pouring, fettelling, finishing department processes, Got knowledge about quality assurance.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
