...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives

Best Working culture, seniors very supportive, friendly, lots of learning, we get a chance to explore ourself, lots of opportunities for learning new things. Equal treatment. Treating as one family.

...nough per year but salary increment is poor. it does not meet our requirements . Salary hike very low.

Kindly decrease rate of interest and Need increase employee salary's. Pls change work culture. Kindly simplyfy the loan process.. We are updating up to date. Need update for loan process.

If one employee working in one department, he is not able to growth in future. Because no one recognised to move to next level, he has to do same work same department and same salary. And also salary is not increased. only 5 to 6 Percent per year based on our grass. It's very bad to employee to move next company.

I am working here last 2 yrs as a Branch manager in life insurance, job security for a long time for good candidates.. Work-life balance and earning so much in life insurance and FD targets.
