...ng such a long time, I received only a ₹3,000 increment in total over 4.5 years. There are neither promotions nor salary increments here; employees are simply exploited. They make us work the entire month, and if we manage to get even one Sunday off, it's considered a big deal.

Nothing i recommend to the youngsters to not join the company.

No work life balance, even Sundays and festivals are working days too. Less salary. Too much of unwanted meetings and meaningless calls from the team leaders and higher othorities. Multitasking is the another headache . Have to work for too many products for single salary and never ask about incentives , they don't provide , they only promise the incentives in interview . Uneducated higher authorities seen in the organization. They even don't know how to talk or support the freshers. After leaving the company they are not provided the realiving letter too it's been 5 months I resigned my job

Our branch only did politics with new joining. Our branch manner and BTL did politics with me and hold the my NOC certificate due to not surf the notice period but i am eager to surf the notice period but my manager didn't gave the chance and fired me without any reason and hold my NOC certificate and also get penalty....

Best Working culture, seniors very supportive, friendly, lots of learning, we get a chance to explore ourself, lots of opportunities for learning new things. Equal treatment. Treating as one family.

...nough per year but salary increment is poor. it does not meet our requirements . Salary hike very low.

Good for that people who is allready settled, they want to job just for nominally, bcg Salary structure is too pure. Promotion is too pure here is only polytics.. but company is wonderful stability job.. who work here he knows wervell.
