I joined shriram finance as fresher and the role alloted was relationship executive, it was a great experience with shriram in a corporate world which enhance my career and the knowledge about the market scenerio. Work culture was very simple and understandable.

Good work environmet and culture. Trammates are supportive and tha management is transparent

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Salary much low Work very much .u have to work on every product.u are unable to focus and expertise in a field.salary is less than your expense if u join as a relationship executive.if u need some experience and skip to another company then itss ok.do not expect for savings here.

...r growth.training is good as work environment.there haven't any political issue.salary with incentive is not so bad.

Main dislike things in there is difficult to balance between collection with sourcing,there haven't any holiday after first week.

...ng such a long time, I received only a ₹3,000 increment in total over 4.5 years. There are neither promotions nor salary increments here; employees are simply exploited. They make us work the entire month, and if we manage to get even one Sunday off, it's considered a big deal.
