...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives

Best Working culture, seniors very supportive, friendly, lots of learning, we get a chance to explore ourself, lots of opportunities for learning new things. Equal treatment. Treating as one family.

...nough per year but salary increment is poor. it does not meet our requirements . Salary hike very low.

Good for that people who is allready settled, they want to job just for nominally, bcg Salary structure is too pure. Promotion is too pure here is only polytics.. but company is wonderful stability job.. who work here he knows wervell.

... hu .fir bhi.or mujhe pressurise Kiya Gaya hai janbujh kar job na karne ke liye.meri salary rok diye yaar jaanbhuj kar meri absenty laga rahe hai.ye chiz acchi nahi lgi mujhe..jis tarah se kaam hai no support anything kuch bhi n.last 3 months pehle Mera interview liya gaya hai or Mera selection hua hai .sab baat Hui sab document diye gaye.faltu se reason se meri job cancel kar diye.no HR response.kya Karu.na uska kuch reply dere ki kya hua.aisa nahi unhone Jo exam Dene bolo woh bhi main paas hua everything sab Hui fir bhi mujhe no offer letter.mujhe chiz acchi nahi lagi abhi fir aapka reply aata hai I m waiting.and I am educated person sir.

...ng such a long time, I received only a ₹3,000 increment in total over 4.5 years. There are neither promotions nor salary increments here; employees are simply exploited. They make us work the entire month, and if we manage to get even one Sunday off, it's considered a big deal.
