Salary On Time, Company Overall Culture Is Good Except Marketing Channel Department Employee.

Marketing Channel (Department) Your HR and Senior Manager Will Decide About Your Attendance, You Are Not Allowed To Mark Attendance, HR mark You absent or LOP and deduct salary if leave is more than 1 Day. Even Lot's Of Politics, Only Pressure For Life Insurance, No Incentive If Life Insurance Target Not Achieved, No Incentive On Fixed Deposit Even you do crore and crore, No Fuel Expenses, Employee are still fighting for Fuel Expenses and Incentive on Fixed deposit on marketing channel. You Are not allowed for Loan Product Only Investment and insurance you have to focus. Decide and come.

I got fantastic opportunity and as a RE working experience well

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work10-12hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Working environment is pretty well as the Colleagues are very cooperative as well as the seniors, a lot to lear based on loan, re finance, cash etc.....job profile of cse is satisfactory but a little increase in salary will be cheerful

...ng such a long time, I received only a ₹3,000 increment in total over 4.5 years. There are neither promotions nor salary increments here; employees are simply exploited. They make us work the entire month, and if we manage to get even one Sunday off, it's considered a big deal.
