...omotion. You have to work more with team without getting anything from company. Shriram giving morning 7am to night 9pm works for they are giving 8k salary. No promotion letters, No improvements legally, Work under hectic pressure. I got promoted 1year before as a manager, till now I din get any official promotion letter. And i forgot to share one thing, they gave 3700rs as petrol allowances per month but you have to spend minimum 6000rs only for your petrol consumption. Apart from that you have to service the vehicle, tire changing in your own cost. Think before joining in shriram city union finance. There is no likes in this company

...y. Another main advantage is that employees can take decisions on so many areas. This company pays the salary without any delay not even a day delay. In my work period od last 18 years not even once my salary has gone beyound 30th of that month. I really enjoy working in this esteemed company.

... politics.will give more pressure but should not give any leave.even in sunday.if your customer did not pay his bill you should pay his emi instead of him.even in sease and sold file (asset sold case).if you have more money or if you are willing to pay another person emi you can join this Shriram finance company limited.and enjoy with them and their politics

...ining they start hirasment and issue PIP and state head forcing for resignation. If manager not ready to given resignation so State head and HR holding salary, not marking attendance. If managers ready to give resignation after so many hirasment so HR and State Head not ready to give notice period to manager and relive same day.

But when do we get the incentives? It is within the criteria and they pay less salary. This is the only shortcoming in the company. They pay less salary to the employees.
