Targets are like touching the sky. Strict work hours, Daily meeting, Virtual meetings. Unnecessary pressure, Demotivating employees by seniors. Less package for existing employees and Recruiting new people on high package. Totally field work, targets for every departments.

... leave, but come back with positive energy and pickup the speed to work hard. Salary is good as compared to other organisations.

Salary is not as per role, I have seen my seniors working in lower salary then juniors, I mean reporting employee is getting high paid then then one whom he is reporting. Training given to employees is only theoritical, and encouraging, but its not solving the queries of fact people are facing in open market.

Job security is best part due to low salary budget.

Lack of communication between management and ground employees.very old people are in management, salary gap is very high.lack of clarity how to do business.avoid to join this company.

Everything like pressure without work, politics, salary, increment, promotion, policies which were not follow by management, seniors and hr etc.

Work life balance is good along with the job security which is excellent.

...tick to the company for more than 2 years you are going to lose all your skills. No good salary hikes and no promotions up to 5 years. You must be skilled boot licker to survive in the company. Even the hikes are not that great. If you switch to this company.
