No trainings for devlopements. 4 Comapny lead by family members key held by them only if work entire life also you will be in just staff member. 4. No minimum benifits available.( no transportation no canteen , no helath insurance) 5. Manger level also cant spend rs.500 on his own ,they have stand infront plant manager. 6. Management dont trust entire team. 7. Company have More spy than technical expert. 8. Increaments will done based on owener mood not by rules. Every 18 months once they give increaments. 9.Employee is fight in the production still company support wring person. This comoany only suitable for fresher who is have not got the proper job or old age person who is dont have self respect. Those who dream to do big . Please dont join .

This company is good every day take new decision making for work and adopt new technology and there are high quality products make and his market growth is good

Because there is no proper salary increment and they are create differences between department and they are always told that we are providing to all good salary but they don't pay to our department
