Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

The company is open for give satisfying service and smooth but fast growths. As it has become a larger service provider company in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana state and Karnataka. I got this opportunity to visit all over state for smooth security operation. The company is having staff from different cultures and background. But we're working as a team and proud to be part of company growth.

Dislikes

Compensation and others benefits are decent. But work pressure is very high. Mostly 25 days I have to be on travling in a month. Being a head of department I have to work 14 - 16 hours in a day. With out any appreciation. And sometimes work as branch manager. No proper training for freshers. So this all things is giving me pain sometimes.
