The worst company I have ever worked with. 1) You will not get an appointment order on joining and still during joining HR will make you sign the resignation letter without date. 2) Engineers (eventhough they are professionals) are treated like labours. 3) HR does not provide any employee service. You will have growth (monetary only) if and only if you are the pet of HOD. 4) Safety is of least importance. Boilers run without any safety. Safety valves will not lift on emergency. Due to god's grace only boilers are not exploding. So BEWARE.... Join this company only if you don't get any other job. No team work. Was bored of seeing subordinates pleasing HOD for appraisal and good name. Work standard is ZERO.
