...tution seeing the spirituality of the place which later proved to be dilusional. And they are supporting us by not paying our salaries for the last 3 months. When asked, I was given bo satisfactory answer from the management. Also we have been made to work from home without any pay whatsoever. Need we say anything else?

Dislikes

Management here appears to be a spoiled rich kid for whom the school is just a toy. They treat it like they want not worrying about the welfare of their employees or even students for that matter.

Likes

When you enter this place, people will treat you like God but don't be fooled. Everybody wants to make use of you and want you to take the blame if anything goes wrong in something which you are not even involved. And when you say that you had nothing to do with it, you won't be heard. Because authorities here only believe old aged staff. While young ones are not taken seriously. Though young ones are the ones doing most of the duties. Old ones will simply want to take control of you. Be it someone who holds lower position than you. So if you are above 40 years old, you are most welcome here.

Dislikes

I dislike nothing here cause I being a young teacher do not posses the right to dislike anything.
