No particular differentiation. our respective ASM of Raichur zone Karnataka Shri Anwar Basha Sir was very helpful and kind nature while pandemic was at top. Sir was looking after personally. Worst place to work, I suggest pls do not join shree cement, HR people tell lie during salary negotiation, this is very much difference between CTC and in hand salary. Pls do not trust on HR on verbal salary discussion. Worst company, worst culture,
