Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Company policy is good. team mates and seniors was supportive.

Dislikes

1. company politics. 2. Company policies work only on paper. 3. Humiliating behavior from the management. 4. No timings even you may have to stay the whole night in factory. 5. sometimes felt like a bonded labor work. 6. So much leaving rate there but mangement is not focused towards that.
