... is little bit tough. But because of my teamates and colouges it was picked up. About salary, environment other factors were satisfactory.

According to me Show-off is growing company so employment benefits are maintained in low level. There were no even government basic holidays.

No gratuity, no bonus, no paid leaves, no leave encashment, they are not providing salary slips, need to work like a slave, there is no self respect and there is no authority to take any decision in store.

I like most about working at show off is there training prossses , I think no one retail sector may train there employ like show off for that I am grateful to show off❤️

What I dislike most about working at showoff is their too much sales pressure and there salary

I learned lot having good experience with staff and employees…. Having good bond with my Ma’am ( RIYALI ) Ma’am .learning more and more with you never forgot a memorable moments with you Ma’am ❤️

There is no future in the organization,no CL, no sick or emergency paid leaves.

There is a lot of Politics and management doesn't address and raise the proper issues get the positive results for employees.
