Salary and behaviour after resignation I worked in the stop from last 5 years but still nothing will be grow in salary. When I get a growth in another company and resighn from shopper stop. Company harrassing me and force me to not go . But when I m not agree then company accept my resignation with condition that we will not give a experience letter and all

Good working environment and culture.. but insense of appraisal ,hike and bonus they are very bad .. during this corona pandemic they removed me from my job .

There is huge work pressure with zero support from Unit head. Even if you are on your week off the very next day UH will make you feel that you have done some crime. There is absolutely no plan or helping hand or even minimum support from any of the snr. Colleague.

Don't join shopper stop in Chandigarh i requested to everyone don't waste your time because there HR is not good .

...eading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. I’ve been begging for the number for so long, but they still haven’t given it to me.

The only good thing about the company is that they release the salary on the last working day of the month.

1. No work life balance. 2. Work pressure is tremendous, and the teams are extremely lean. 3. There is Little to no appreciation for the hard work employees put in. 4. Appraisals are terrible. 5. Toxic culture and politics. 6. Favouritism at its peak. Privileges are given to select few.
