Lack of mentorship, use of abusive language, traditional work environment. Suggested only if willing to adopt a robotic approach for superiors. No growth, no respect.

Nothing at all, the company doesn't care about its employees

Work culture and work life balance is extremely bad. They don't care about their employees at all. They'll let you go if you ask for a raise and hire your replacement with more salary than you were asking for. No benefits given. Even incentives are blocked or not given for 3-4 months. Salary offered is very very less than others. More than half of the staff is not on company's payroll and salary is handed out in cash. The company is growing and profiting but the employees are not rewarded for their hard work. Injustice done to lower designation employees. Higher management is very unjust and cuts salary for 1000s of reasons

There was nothing dislike thing because they had supported me always and environment was very good.and maruti suzuki one of the very good brand were customer get lots of benifits.they satisfied with the services.

The fact that I was an ametuer when I joined Shivam back in 2012 but this company trusted me and gave a great road map for growth and success within a span of 7 years.. I had immense learning opportunities, freedom to work and grow with the organization, freehand to develop a great team under me and lastly some best colleagues I met here will be connected for a life time. Great company to work.

Dislikes

The industry itself is going through a rough patch and it is very difficult to sustain with stable growth. Having said that I wish company great success
