There is no job security. To save money or save the upraisal they ask the faculty to leave without any notice at the time of their upraisal(only few are still staying as they were from beginning) It has happened to many faculty members. There is no job security.The principal is most of the times absent and the clerk named vivek is the one who is handling the faculty i.e doctors.Who expects doctors to keep him happy or wish him or butter him up. They hv good money enough to influence and get grades from NCISM but i would advice the teaching faculty to b cautious as the ways are highly unethical. Suddenly without any reason u are asked to leave the principal dr simran is obnoxious to work with. The repo of the college is bad though it looks promising before joining take review from the doctors from SDM Hassan karnataka,SSCASR college bangalore and also rishikul doctors seek ur seniors.before joining this college who went through the same fate of a sudden demand for designation and mental torture
