EVERYTHING. WORST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER WORKED IN MY ENTIRE CAREER. NO VISION AND STRATEGY. OWNER IS STUBBORN AND IT'S EITHER MY WAY OR THE HIGHWAY ATTITUDE.

Nothing... Owner ruled college like empire.. no respect for teacher, for student it's like a school. They monitor every movement of student... Some faculty of the college misguide chairman and all of this college become hell for other teachers and students

It was a family for me. I left because of "regular" PhD. Friendly atmosphere and more over implementation of every idea which enhances the teaching skills. I spended lot of time with my firebird 4&5 bot robots in e-yantra robotics laboratory also represented my college at different schools. Further, Regular meeting with seniors who guides you for better result. Individual attention given by management time to time."no politics no leg pulling" In simple words once you enter the gate of Shivalik your personality changed in positive direction. And finaly "yes" here we have re hiring policy through proper channel.

The College is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that technical education and contribute our nation because I am a Teacher.

It is a growing and developing organization and complete with very large and renounced institutions so as with growth with organization employees Will also be benefited.

Most of the institution working as a production unit which is bed for teaching.
