Honest opinions: Solan factory is run by LALAs. As per Unwritten rule, Manufacturing staff cannot leave office until Lala goes home. But Lala and nepokid comes at 10:30am and staff should strictly come before 9am. It's 11-12hrs duty Monday to Saturday and u r expected to work on Sundays free of cost. Absolutely NO job security. Well performing B Tech engineer needs minimum 15yrs to become Assistant Manager here. Advice- if you desperately need job its OK, otherwise if you love ur family, care your career and health, would like to live with peace, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Its a family buisness leading by father in law and son in law i.e family member altogether Due to which it restrict growth of individual and cant take any decision or even mail to client without their approval .

Job security is not good as you will be reminded again and again that they can hire 10 more people like you.. No canteen facility no subsidised food inside company... Working hours are not fixed... Talking way of H.R was rude and he acts like he is the owner of the company and he does all the sales of company. I worked there for 2 years and never get a single training regarding production. my senior (having same post) made audit documents but never teaches one like i was there to snatch his job.. they never tell what type of audit is coming or going on after leaving this company i get that it was my best decision..

A good company for beginners having good apporotunities for learning. Working environment is good. On job training given for various fields(ppep,spc,internal audits etc.). Teammates are helpful.
