I had the opportunity to learn new things and build healthy relations with the staff there. GOOD FOR LEARNERS and BEGINNERS.. Staff is cooperative..

Dislikes

No salary on time, no leaves, no earned leaves, no bonus, no perks.. no job security and salary is delayed by 2-3 months. No management or Head of thr department support. Work pressure and misguidance by the senior authority.

Worst company in the world. I was there for 3 years and my life become hell. In matter of salary, support, behaviour or etc in all terms i want to give 0 star. Who read my review trust me if you want to get job in this company you will regret in just 1 month.

...erience. Most of the staff is new so it’s not difficult to adjust with them. They don’t give appraisals on any particular time but they give you your salary on time.

Job security is little less there, also try to stay away from the politics which is doing by either some of the old staff and some particular departments. There is thing here about work life balance, I have seen some departments are over loaded like purchase they have to listen unnecessary things from factories from higher management and even from accounts department. Accounts department guys have one of the worst attitude in company (i think they are giving the money from their own pockets). Then some other departments they don’t have any work to do but they have to save their jobs, so to show the higher management about their fake grades they start interfering in your work. And worst thing is that some of these guys are not even 10th pass (they started as a some kind of transport handler nd now they are in higher management). So guys if you start working there try to be loyal with your boss and teammates. Because I saw the heroes getting fired.

...e plan of the company, overall management is enjoying the money of the banks. 5. There is a delay of about 4-5 months in the salary of all the employees and no one is getting any increment for the last 10 years. 6. If someone resigns from the company after completing all the formalities like resignation period of 2 months, then that company is not paying the salary of 4-5 months. If someone asks for his salary on the mail, then the company will file a case of fraud against him. 7. Holistic management using its employees as a servant. 8. Overall his owner aims to establish in Dubai by investing his current money in Dubai then leave this business like Vijay Mallya. 9. In marketing team they hire a senior position person and take all contact with him and after 2-3 months when employee ask for salary they remove him because of poor performance. No salary will be given to the employee. In some cases. The company has registered a case of fraud against the employee. 10. Total zero job security for HR and Marketing team. My personal request to all.....Please do not join this type of fraud organization. Please don't spoil your future by joining such fake organization. They will use you and you will not be paid anything. The purpose of their owners is to use the employee as a servant.

Great work environment.Top management is supportive and reposes faith in their plant managers & staff in handling day to day functioning and operations of the plant.There is no interference and it is the end result what matters.Such a freedom to work definitely keeps the managers motivated to use their own judgement, analysis & professional competence to take decisions according to the ground situation thus leading to greater overall efficiency.Have been laid off since Covid lockdown which adversely affected the operations of the factory but now Shiva is on the course of rebounding back with great vigour and all due to the resilience & great leadership of the CMD Mr Akhil Malhotra & MD Mr.Mayank Malhotra in face of adversity caused by Covid19 pandemic.Looking forward to rejoining the team once again and this is enough a psychological support of the CMD & MD that they never forget their team, their employees.
