Shiva pharma is bad industries. The management and culture of the company is not right and here every year there is an increase in salary based on religion and caste and there is an increase in the number of commission takers and hurssing employees . Salary is also harassed every month and the company thinks too much about it self but doesn't care about the employees.

Dislikes

... lot of political here and management is not paying attention to our problems. Salary is appropriate but carreer growth is slow . There is a 2 year bond that you can't resign before.on the job training is not given to new recruits.

Likes

Work life balance is very good. People can take leave anytime... People can come and go to office anytime...

Dislikes

No professional culture, very partiality among groups to groups. Boss is always right culture. Corruption among managers and contractor, safety on paper is 100% but in reality it's nothing...most unsafe plant i have ever seen.

I have worked in Production department, and culture and atmosphere we have created their was great. Each and every person was having aim and they know about their responsibilities.

Dislikes

HR Management was totally worst. They are biased and totally Partiality have seen. HR head, Kumar Gaurav has ruined the company culture totally. Every person working in Shiva Pharmachem is not happy with his work. Job security was for only his persons who come from his side, Bihar. Biased in decision making, appraisal for his person come out good but the employee who were working hard from past years have not seen any growth in his professional life due to that one person (HR Head Kumar Gaurav).

Very genuine almost average results in market quality wase good quality and good market results by management, satisfaction overall customer needs..

When the product is not available for customer needs in market..

Top management (MD) is highly ambitious towards growth of company. They have commitment to overall improvements including growth of employees.

Dislikes

No structured approach towards growth. Second line managemen is need to be aligned. Systems implementation needs to be in word and spirit. Poor employee engagement initiatives
