I have most of professional experience with Shiva industrial security agency and I thank about it

Dislikes

Payment deley and lot of harassment with left employee regarding to full and final. Also my self face this problem final.

It's a very good organization to work and learn. Management is very very supportive and positive for good employees. They always thinks about Employees welfare. They treats employees like their family.

Dislikes

Due to family like culture some times non professional and non performers are also permitted in organisation as employee. Which is giving harm to company.

Likes

Excellent teammates, overall security related training provided, long term job security, excellent career growth, timely good hike in salary during apparaisal, travel for work related all over India,no politics, learning on many security topics and ground practical experience, familiar environment and management apriciate and rewarded employes for new innovations.
