Company Culture is worst with very very low salary range. Everything is fake on the name of education. Education is free in India but they made this their Business and local Government Support them because institution provide funds to them.They exploit employees on the name of Job.

Everything.... I have spent 1.5 years.Working culture is worst no benefits salary is critical of employees even. They shown in balancesheet that they are paying high salary but it's not more than 7k

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
