Negative Work Culture, Lack of Process, High attrition rate, people left organisation within year, no corporate environment, lack of skilled people at respective position. Delhi-Noida Based company. They don't care how many year you have worked.... They forced to resign you immediately.

Shipskart is one of the worst companies to work for. There is absolutely no work-life balance, no job security, and zero job satisfaction. The HR department is highly unprofessional—they manipulate policies to suit their convenience and provide false information during background verification, deliberately trying to ruin employees' careers even after they have served their notice period. The work environment is toxic and exhausting, with 24/7 work demands that will destroy your health. Employees are treated unfairly, and there is no proper support system in place. If you value your career, mental well-being, and professional growth, stay far away from this company.
