There is a lot of partiality among employees in the organisation. Salary hikes will not be there, if you are having experience also. Either contract is going to complete or under renewals you will not be intimated. Irritating security checkup all the time and being rude with employees too

It is a central government industry, where nuclear submarines are constructed. Here lots of sub contract firms are working. I am working in one of those contact firm.

Culture is here is completely Indian Navy dominant. Government employees rule as they wish. Contact employees suffer and do hard work. Only because of contact employees this organization is working.
