Most of the seniors are chilling and taking a huge amount of salary whereas juniors are doing lots of work and not getting any recognition

At the time of promotion- salary Revision was not good for above M1 level.. Suggestion Grade wise salary was differ, if possible make the grade wise same salary to the employees it's better for shinhan family .

... and have unity. Some staff ate there who don't need to support the Korean boss. To increase salary and promotion.

Dislikes

Korean staff do not treat Indian staff well. They treat us like maids. The HR department also supports Korean people to protect their jobs. In fact, the government has implemented laws to regulate the treatment of foreign individuals who come to India for their enjoyment and to prevent mistreatment of Indian people.

Likes

No issues for taking leaves, Bosses are very cooperative and understanding here. One can easily finish their work and leave the office on time, So work and personal can be managed.

Dislikes

Systems are not employees friendly. Working process is almost manual based. Not a good place for learning as they have Very less products of banking.

Work culture is good and staff is well mannered and professional.

Dislikes

Employee Connectivity with Korean Managers is terrible only few person is allowed to meet them, also they are not flexible with statement.
