Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Owner of the company is good in nature.

Dislikes

I worked there in the project department. Terrible experience to work there. Chief engineer was dictator. He cares about nothing but to demotivate us. Owner of the company is too good in nature. But the problem is he never listen to us over chief engineer. In last 2-3 years over 50 engineers left the company because of the chief engineer and his EGO. If chief engineer is not there all of the old employees ready to work with the shilp again for sire.
