Very bed Working Environment & Culture. Do not Join this organisation if you thinking to Grow more for future.

Dislikes

There is a lot of Politics and the management doesn't affress our issues.Salary on time but career growth is very slow. Top Management has Third class treatment for Junior level staff members.

I am at the bill plant which produces small transformer and cores in which you cannot learn new things as you can learn in big transformers. Bill plant is quite old and machines are outdated. 30+ years old machines and they didn't maintained well enough. Even if you aks for Maintenance person they will say do maintenance by yourself. So for the bill plant i would say don't come here. Senior HR is helpful and friendly.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
