Salary is biasedly lower than skims soura despite have equal amount of work Needs a lot of Development in terms of equipment’s and wards Commutation for emergency is difficult due to unruly roads and long U turns on highway infront of hospital

there aren't enough employees, the staff often have to take on more responsibilities. This can lead to burnout and reduced productivity.

It was a great experience to work in a culture of educated, skilled and highly knowledgeable professionals

We were always in a necessity of emergency procurement which was not good enough for dealing with the suppliers

All are working together to make the place amazing to work. Not very advanced medical facilities. However, patient care is still remakable.

I just want medical advancements here. Nothing more than that required.

I like hostels during winter as there is central heating system

Dislikes

There are many things I don't like but will name a few. 1: there is no good teaching program. 2 . Working atmosphere is not good as I am giving 36 hour duties together and there is no off after that. 3. Canteen. Hospital canteen is simply a disaster. First there is only fried rice, kabab and kanti to serve during the day time everyday. Secondly there is no food available after 10 pm. So most of time we don't get food during night as we are operating in emergency. 4. Surgical Instruments in emergency operation theatre are not of any use ,as they are purchased when institute was established after that there is hardly any new instrument added. Most of the residents have purchased there personal Instruments for use.
