Apart from getting salary on time and work life balance there are no other positives. no growth, no learning, no job security, The have no policy at all for employee engagement and benefit, not even a health policy. you get nothing other than your CTC.

Despite serving for years as a management trainee, i have nothing to show on my profile. The company is not the place to learn hard skills.
