As i have already mentioned its a private job any one can continue and can leave for there betterment, After me joining i could see my co staff leaving for there own reasons as teammates we do not have any issues neither on personal nor on professional side , Training is part of our job because until a job holder thorough with product knowledge cannot move,We are provided by E S I, PF. Career Growth is definetely on the performance of the candidate career growth obviously but no that much as in M N C s. Salary according to once caliber ,experience and knowledge, Travel with in the country, Politics mild because not huge staff as forming any UNION etc.Learning depends on an individuals temper ,Work Environment Good,Innovations are upto the mark Since It is a Pvt Ltd, It depends on the Staff how to manage between Work and Life and No where in this world any management will interfere in personal or an employees family life
