Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Nothing to be liked this company proves what’s it’s called a Lala company my worst experience till date.

Dislikes

People there the work the culture the salary they never even reimbursed my money which they asked to give as a bribe to someone and never returned. I wasted my 5 months there.

Not any type support, forced to work on site when fully Lockdowm was in India, not any type of safety for covid -19 ,not released the Slry instead employee are present at the site during Lockdown.

Dislikes

This cmpny is not deserve a single star, minimum Slry, Slry process is very slow, and seniors are know only flattery.
