Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Job security is the best thing . During covid time as well non of the employees are fired neither their salary stop for any months. Timely payment of salary during that pandemic situation as well.

Dislikes

No growth opportunity is their even salary is very low compared to others company. Salary hike Is very poor . Some people are working for more Than 12 years in same post and with a very low hike because of job security. If anyone keen for growth then not right place to work for longer time.
