There is no any growth in this organization who's working hard and honest, company mostly gives preferance to the certain category like devotes u will understand once you come this company what I mean, and plant is located so faar from the city and there is no basic facilities which mankind need, it's almost like a prison or u can call it staying in a big boss house for one year, and this plant runs in what's app than actual physical working, everyone is busy by blaming other departments while themselves they caused the trouble so if u like these kind of politics and u are one of them u can come and join, and this organization is expert in using people by giving them fake hopes once ur work is done they forgot their promises and even they forgot you, finally the food and accommodation are not upto the mark but u will not suffer with it, if u are a fresher u should be particular about your payscale because once you enter into the company u will only get 15% hike in best cases after 2-3 years so be ready to work for the same salary for three years get prepared yourself Bye.
