Not good to work, Which MD (Owner of the company had no ethics). No ESI (Basic Facilities), NO PF (How come one have saving, No salary Slip (How one can take any loan, etc... They think if they give salary slip so they apply some other company, No Offer letter (They think if they give offer letter before joining they may produce and join other other (In that also bargaining). Atleast Joining they should give offer letter that also, No Medical insurance, No travelling expenses. MD and Plant of the head are enjoying the creamy layer. Employees they treated badly. As they said to me PF amount will be paid during F&F settlement so after 2 years I resign i haven't got any because it was oval discussion. When asked after receiving they denied. Even when asked after 1st month of salary that MD name Shivanma M.N said he will pay but do not say to any body else all will ask. Nor annual increment they think if your wife in good salary or Husband they they why this guy need hike. Oh my God is the way he came from his Ex company. He says he was worked in IFB and that and this culture his talks more and to employees nothing. If wlif travel to client place on own vehicle pays 2 RS per km and also bargaining... No travelling on official visit. Guys think before joining this type of company. Think he deals with vendor and uses Bike taxi to move components and all. The level of thinking in order to gain his own pocket profit. We know he wants to be rich but this is not the way to earn money. Need to earn even respect within the organisation and for his own self. Name sake he hire Manager as quality manager and all but he also needs to go to client place to segregation of material no labour support and he has to work till the components gets completed. As no manpower support in factory as he says it's small he will not increase more than 21 People in order he gets profit from Government.

Smal team and can interact with each other. Only handling of customer is good by Top management.

Dislikes

... 2019 to October 2021. No Sports activity, Nor even single cultural activity. No HR, Poor Administration (During candidate joining no offer letters been provided), No monthly salary slips. No Awards and Rewards activity inspite of personal addressing with management. No annual leave recording system. No even snacks benefits inspite of working late night during customer visits, Audits... No Annual apraisal meeting, As carried on heavy demand which lead to employee demotivate and started looking job other side. (Not enough team provided to support). Language used is very terrible by top Management / MD & few man domination.

I love the fact that I am part of team that market reliable, high quality products and has country client base.i get to travel all over india. But on site travel is completely depends on your project and client location.

Dislikes

Growth is slowly and sometimes the work pressure is very high and I don't have job security.
