Not enjoy because I have seen there lack of management,I think that they only collect the data from their employees,hope they use data after the resignation of employees. I am confused.

Lack of management, looking atmosphere like we are doing for temporary basis it's my personal experience what's their planning I don't understand.

Work culture is good, but lack of management in the organisation. No proper future planning, no vision = No knowledge gain.

Dislikes

They lack a clear vision like what they actually wanna do in near future. Poor management. There is nothing like job security at all.
