Everything. Double standard people, terrible work culture, poor salary, does not value doctors, if resign in between no money is paid, false allegations will be placed on you if you try to resign and speak the truth about them, never work there or else you will regret it.

Here work environment to be improved by appoint a good & experience person. Because here some knowledge person in charge he can't handle everything

...ially cancer unit. Treat employee as dogs. And use abusive language every time. Long working hours without any extra pay. I have been its employee for long 2.5 years. And today I am happy to be relieved from here. From this hell.

There is nothing like 'management' here. Employee can't get help. All employees are treated as dogs. Their favourite wordis "licchad".. This is how they address their employees.

2year exthere is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot reding on the before which you cannot reading .on the job traing is not given to new joiners

...employees as they even don't have a area where employees can have their lunch. They will deduct the amount of one month salary from everyone which is not been given easily even after serving one month notice period. They own their own rule of no sense. I would never suggest organization to anyone.
