Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

School infrastructure.....best....no doubt. Coffee, occasional meals offered by school.

... are completely kept at bay. It's just a money extracting machine from students. Salary also gets credited after 15th of every month...that too after the intervention of staff..... Dear parents don't enroll ur ward in this school if he/she has a strong academic background...never ever because teachers are all the time engaged in school promotion related work hence getting less time to devote to study purpose... don't waste their precious time here. *No discipline. *Three months notice period for teachers...like seriously!!!!!! *They keep original document + 1/2 month salary as security.
