There is no team bonding, no proper traning program, work-life balance is quite heavy, salary and benefits is minimal to freshers.

They given good pay even for freshers also. They always appreciate young talents and reward them appropriately.

They have many small showrooms all over India, unless you work in the head office which is located in Bangalore, you didn't get any promotion. Exit is also not a easy thing

The culture is not right. They lack ethics and vision. Treat staff as commodities and not humans.
