...ll them up to join when they are unable to fill in the position. Such hypocrisy. Salary slips not provided. No clarity on PF , tds and other deductions. Absolutism and nonsense politics. Everyone is in their own world. No one is even bothered about pedagogical approach, child centric learning or even getting the basics right. The kids of lower classes don't even go the library. The teacher comes and narrates. What world are they living in!!! And worst, no one wants to mend ways, change with time and understand that it's about goals and not targets! Servile approach of few makes the place insanely toxic.

Working at Shalom Presidency offers an excellent and friendly environment that fosters growth and collaboration. The exposure to a variety of workshops and Capacity Building programs enhances professional development. There's also great flexibility to experiment and innovate both in and outside the classroom, encouraging creativity. The management is highly supportive and understanding, always offering constructive feedback privately while celebrating achievements publicly. This approach helps create a motivating and empowering atmosphere, where every employee feels valued and appreciated.

With a focus on constant improvement, adapting to new systems or practices might require time and efforts for some employees.

Dislikes

Everyday you feel mistakes should never be made, though everyone here makes mistakes and that is what makes you a human being. If you become a common and soft target ,you are gone. You will never come to know why are you getting removed , if you have to be removed there will be vague reasons on the basis of which decisions are taken. Before selection there are so many stages through which you are selected and then suddenly one day you come to know you should leave . If you are honest ,hardworking ,no backbiting ,no buttering , not involved in any kind of stupid gossips, no blame game , not cunning and not very smart you are fired.

Wonderful experience, Great team who always support and motivates you. Most important, I am blessed to work under the guidance of respected mam Dr. Lilly George and Sherpa VC Sir, Dr. Dennis George. It feels immense proud and honor to work under their visionary guidance and leadership which strengthen us to do our best.

Dislikes

As everything has pros and cons but it depends on you how you take them. For me working at Shalom has been a great experience.
