I really enjoy working at Shalimar Corp. because the environment here is great. Working with my team is a lot of fun and I get to learn a lot here.

.... Also, I think there should be more opportunities for promotion in the company. Salary and benefits are not as expected.

Company is good in payments ,on time salary. Also provide good accomodation facilities.

Worst management, no one from head office is looking at projects or site. no facilities to the Site staff , projects staff selection are based on nepotism. Only family members can survive. Abusive language of higher management.

I like only the salary timing which was in time and accomodation for engineers.

There is no such working culture of any work,no good atmosphere for working,no value for engineers.Only partiality is there,no senior co operation is there,you only able to work if you are referred by any higher most seniors,no job security is there,much more mental harrasment is there.

Working culture good, salary on time, good facilities, coordination from higher management is good , timings are good,leaves also we can any time when we wish It is good to work here. People are helpful and friendly. They will help you and assist you in small matters too. There is no scene of harassment here

Policies are yet to be made for implementation. Join with good hike and then forget further hikes

Less pay package as compared to market and no social security schemes. No medical policies or Group term insurance. Management is very cooperative even if work gets delayed sometimes
