Extreme Politics in the organization, good people left, and no one is willing to join Shakti Hormann because of its culture, each branch has got 01-02 informer and that informer itself is corrupt. they monitor with CCTV, you have to install their own APK in your phone and take all calls, video, GPS and photo records. Branch Manager treat you like his servant and assistance, All employee including Branch Manager they watch reals from his personal mobile, Bangalore Branch Manager has formed his own group of teams and enjoying. He has a setting with dealers and try to route order through same dealer and get the cut, He will happily be enjoying even though company doesn't give any increment.

Good place to learn politics and they will pay you on time for learning politics and corporate culture. Sr.VP is expert and good trainer.

Dislikes

Servival of the fittest, If you don't fit into politics, You will be out and their is no job security, Management is running the show without direction, No respect for old employees.

Food and Transport facility Two suterday leaves every month(extra). Timely salary. Job security. Mr.Anil sir Given support during working time( initial reporting manager)

...ifficult. No work safety during work area / saft floor. Maintain individual SOP. Open store(closed Store not available) Recommended persons are getting high salary and no work fresure. With out recommended person (though naukri)not surveying in this company for long time.

didn't like anything here after spending many years here. you will not get F&F and bonus after completing notice period. F&F link with project outstanding and that outstanding will never come due to company installation issues.

Dislikes

1. lot of politics, join here only if you have masters degree in political science. 2. your boss wants you to complete all works when appraisal comes then your boss said i tried my best but management didn't listen to me. 3. new employee will hired from different industries and will be paid more than you and will ask you to teach him, his targets is less than yours and salary is more than yours. 4. strict timing with GPS tracking. 5. after leaving the job HR treat with you like a stranger and will not answers your calls or mails.

The company management lacks professionalism in their interactions with employees, and regrettably, its client relations and services are extremely unsatisfacory.

Dislikes

Apart from the timely salary payments, there is nothing positive to mention about the company.
