Very Worst Company i have seen in my Experience

i have worked in this company in senior level person , so in my experience i have never seen such a worst company in my experience , without any reasons they will frequently change the management team & managing members without any reasons blindly , and they will not follow any government rules and regulations like Notice period , Salary settlement and they will not follow labor laws , they will not appoint like core professionals they will recruit only Un technical peoples only then only what they will say we have to say Yes , if any one interested to join in this group kindly enquire with your known circle

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
