I think the work management is good and Company also support proper work life balance.

There are many things that I dislike in this company like the payroll system, promotion and nothing to learn, no chance of promotion, poor management, no professionalism.

The company has really a great culture, work environment and supportive team mates. A lot of opportunity for personal growth and development. You never feel you are working in a startup, no work stress and upper management are very transparent and cooperative with employees.

Dislikes

No such cons.But yes its an early stage startup so need to work lot in technology and process re-engineering.

Worst working culture. I have previously worked with MNC and startup companies. This was something different. Rather than understanding challenges and trying to solve. People sitting in management only know shouting.

Nothing they are all very brilliant and very worst mindset, they are spoiling the life's of people's. Some northi loffers are there. They are doing micro management they are build for that only. Like to mention name Sagar- ajama Anusha- big double gamer laddy
