Very good concern with lot SOP's ,we cannot see any Export house which is having these regulations in work..Also company provides work guarantee for each and individual..

...person performance and they do not promote in terms of promotion or appraisals .few person are having good talent and they don't get their pay equally and unable to speak to anybody and just passing their day to day activities to save and run their families..

No salary bracket, even if you are assigned manager your salary may be less than senior executive the concern is if u find senior executive more worth promote them to next level and if not than y do you pay more. Team wise politics in giving incentives

...ulture is totally depends upon your team, sometimes policies are good for you...and some policies like 100% PF cut from employees salary is not good.

Shahi is not soo good for Career growth after covid. Good for seniors and nothing much to learn for juniors position.

I have worked for Decathlon Team in Shahi & I feel there are no good points for me to put it on.

...reciation! 2. Not satisfied with how the employees are treated by their Boss. 3. Not satisfied with the pay scale at all. After working hard and giving the best, there is no recognition to the good work done. A lot of points to be put on. But these are the TOP 3. I would definitely want to suggest all the freshers/experienced people NOT to join Shahi-Decathlon brand, Mysore.

...heir employees safety and security and also health. It is good to work in Shahi. People get the good salary as per their work experience .

Yes off course their is too much poltics in company in between team. And if new employees face some problems then they can not complaint to the management. Coz seniors and old employees doesn't take any action.
