Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). No salary bracket, even if you are assigned manager your salary may be less than senior executive the concern is if u find senior executive more worth promote them to next level and if not than y do you pay more. Team wise politics in giving incentives
