For me, It's one of the best organisation where I am working. Politics is less than other companies. You can grow as much as you want to , there is no boundries.

1. Slow Financial growth of employees 2. Few people do a lot of back biting and will not let others also live peacefully but that is manageable as management is extremally good

Poor management . Nepotism . Illiterate persons hired on top positions like CEO, COO, Specially in Finance . Nepotism Nepotism only . One man Army . Lots of Negligence's of rules . Don't Join this company .

The company offers routine takeouts/hangouts and events to freshen up the working environment and employees, alternate saturdays are off so it's kind of balancing your work and life, that being said opportunities to learn and grow are less, no set criterias for annual appraisal.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i get chance to travel abroad. In this company there is a lot learning point. I also like policy of employee here.
