There was no security in job, work culture bwas pathetic. There is no proper management for anu decision taken place. Only MD has all the rights to take decision even about the emergency leave.

i had been working NOV 2018 TO May 2021 .Only got confirmation after six month .There is no increment and promation . I have never seen that manangement policy .Worst company .

Very Very worst culture i never been worked like this environment, Company is good, but nowadays the working culture is very worst, General manager behavior is very very worst, No job security. Everyone has been terminated by GM's personal intention, bad culture...

Honestly, the experience I've gained from working has enabled me to connect with top management, specifically the company owners, and I receive direct help from them on several matters. As a result, my problems are resolved quickly without much delay.

Overall, the company is good, but there's a lot of noise around appraisal increments, which are quite average. As a result, Sales Persons have to settle for cheaper hotels during tours, and this is a concern for all the boys, especially the sales team who have to work hard.
