This company is like wholesaler.Cluster head always reminds you I gives you salary this and you were not able of this …always puts upon you pressure of salary will be hold …very bad culture and not providing customer to cheque very easily untill he deposits their 2 installment atleast …company is good but upper level management is so worst ..Plz its my request to HR look in this matter..After resignation full and final and relieving letter company will not gives ..i have been resigned in 25 th November 2023 till now not happen anything

A great place to work since day 1. The hierarchy system , managerial support, team support, working culture everything is far better from many other organisations.

The promotional activity & increments are slow.. there is job security but at the same time hike is important.

No work life balance as company is still on manual process rather system and less process oriented company Senior management is not strong due to less responsibility on team building and currently politics in finance and treasury

Not a one dislike but the biggest problem I face in this organization very bad customer service from backend because of this I feel embarrassed in front of customer many times.

Working platforms is very good but policy and training purpose is very bad customers cheque handover fees is to match high .employee working like full day night no waiver at all working day is very bad culture for working this platforms. Incentive only cheque handover .cheque handover stage 2 and 3 so hard for cheque handover all otc are internal
